About this site
Ontario Builder Rankings helps new home buyers check a builder's licensing and warranty record before they sign. The regulator publishes the facts; we put them side by side and score them so they're easier to compare.
We are independent of the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) and Tarion Warranty Corporation, and neither has reviewed or endorsed this site.
How the site is funded
When buyers ask for help through our forms, a licensed real estate professional with Sutton Group Realty Systems Inc., Brokerage, or a referred partner may earn a fee for real estate, mortgage or inspection services. Sponsored boxes are labelled. No builder pays for placement, and payment has no effect on scores.
