Request a correction

If a figure on a builder profile doesn't match the HCRA Ontario Builder Directory, or you'd like to add a builder's response to a profile, send the details here. We check every request against the HCRA directory and reply within five business days.

Scores themselves follow our published method and can't be changed on request, but corrected data will update the score.
